I was very impressed with Tyler and Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. From the receptionist that was friendly and respectful and was able to get a tech out to me that very day. Of course my furnace went out on the beginning of our freezing temps. Tyler was respectful and knowledgeable. He even got rid of a dead bat he found in the furnace. Will recommend this company.

Water heater failed, leaking water in basement. Over the phone he directed me to the hose hook up allowing me to drain water to the sump pump

Understand the service fee for call, but disappointed in cost for freezeproof sill cock replacement. A little pricey for an hours worth of work. Am satisfied with overall work done.
