The safety & wellbeing of our Customers and PPH&AC families is our highest priority. As a result, we are continuing to put in place actions to support you to make sure that we all keep moving forward in a positive and safe direction. Like most businesses we continue to closely follow the COVID-19 developments and follow the CDC and government guidelines to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 VIRUS.

COVID-19 PROTOCAL

Perrysburg Plumbing Heating & A/C is open for business and ready to serve your plumbing, heating & A/C needs. Our team is committed to your family’s safety & health. Our Customer Service Representatives will ask you the following questions when you call to make an appointment:

• Is ANYONE in your household showing any symptoms related to COVID-19, running a FEVER or FLU LIKE symptoms?
• To the best of your knowledge, have YOU or ANYONE in your household been in contact with someone that has been outside the U.S. in the past 30 days or in contact with anyone with FLU LIKE symptoms?

If a Customer says “YES” to any one of these questions then our Manager will be notified to make the decision on if our Technicians can come out to your home.

WHEN OUR TEAM COMES TO YOUR HOME

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT will be worn & disposed of properly, this includes gloves, & shoe covers. Due to the shortage of masks & disposable coveralls which are being diverted to the Healthcare Industry we cannot guarantee that they will be available during your visit. Customers can ask our Technicians if they have any available but we cannot guarantee it at this time. Technicians, Customers & any others in the home during the appointment will be required to stay 6 feet way from each other per CDC Guidelines.

All of our trucks are equipped with spray disinfectant & protective covers for areas when we are in your home for any length of time. Each Plumbing & HVAC Technicians keep their own set of tools & will disinfect them after each visit. Our Technicians have stopped shaking hands as part of a no contact policy

In conclusion, this time period will require all of us to be vigilant with our actions & helpful to one another. We are so GREATEFUL to each of YOU our Customers who continue to support our company.
